Wow! Mac Users have almost 200 (!) paid members for 2018. And there are a lot more Mac users in the Village who do not belong to the TVCUC. Why not?

We're taking a summer vacation from meetings. The next meeting will be September 24. Never fear, however—as a Mac User member, you will still receive monthly email messages with tips and tricks for you.

The Mac Users Group is a Special Interest Group (SIG) formed many years ago by Jan Miller. It is an active, self-directed group led by Karen Brown. Mac Users meet on the fourth Monday of the month in January, February, March, April, September, & October, 3 p.m., at the Chota Rec Center.

The group discusses and demonstrates programs related to the Apple environment, primarily Mac computers.  Because Apple's product base also included iPhones and iPads, the group also attempts to bring its members up to speed on the increasing number of applications on these devices.

Also available are a network of Mac users to help people new to the product line. The group depends on members who have become proficient in various areas to share their expertise, both to the membership in meetings and individuals on a one-to-one basis.  Monthly email messages contain tips and tricks for enhancing members’ experience with Apple products.

As with First Level Support available to club members in the PC world, the Mac Users Group also is there to help those who have the “other” computer.
