Computer Repair Caller : Hi, our printer is not working.
Customer Service: What is wrong with it?
Caller : Mouse is jammed.
Customer Service: Mouse? Printers don't have a mouse !
Caller: Mmmmm??.. Oh really?... I will send a picture.
