Technology Access Program. TAP is going stronger than ever, with more systems given to youths this year than ever before – and we are not done yet! We have been approached by officials in Roane County to teach them how to set up their own version of TAP which will help their youths better understand computers and how to help themselves. This is a great opportunity to make TAP an even more valuable and successful extension of our club.
