We’re excited to announce our transition to a new online membership portal and database, powered by Join It. This system makes it easier to join or renew your membership and gives us the flexibility to add more benefits in the future. As part of this upgrade, we no longer use TellicoLife for memberships.
If you’re a current member, you can renew your 2026 TVCUC membership anytime between now and year’s end. Renewal will enter your information into our new database and extend your membership through December 31, 2026. We strongly encourage you to renew now — the cost remains just $20, so why wait!
The first time you join or renew using our new system, you’ll fill out a short membership form. Don’t worry — you’ll only need to do this once!
Remember, your membership includes everyone in your household! To add household members, click the red + ADD MEMBER button at the end of the form after you're added your information. Do this for each additional member in your household.
Important: When completing the form, DO NOT click the blue ALREADY A MEMBER? button. It only works after you’ve completed the membership form and are officially in the database (you’ll use this at the end of 2026 to renew for 2027).
The Tellico Village Computer Club is a 100% volunteer-based organization that provides technology assistance and education to our members. Above all, you do NOT need to be a geek or computer nerd to join… in fact, the three primary reasons to join are just the opposite, they’re about helping you with your technology needs.
Our First Level Support (FLS) team members are experts in Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad, and other devices and operating systems. We can use state-of-the-art remote control software to help you solve software and system problems without coming to your home, but we also make house calls, if you prefer or the situation dictates. Think of it as your own personal geek when something goes wrong!
The Technology Access Program (TAP) is a community outreach program that started in 2007 and restores and gives away computer systems to needy families in our greater community. Since its inception, this nationally recognized program has given thousands of youths access to a computer.
Our Education efforts focus on offering Zoom and webinar presentations that help you better cope with common technology issues, computer viruses, password management, how to choose and set up a new computer, etc. Our presentations are also recorded and hosted on our website for later viewing.
